BIT.TRIP BEAT is the arcade game for the new millennium, fusing Pong with interactive beats. I bought this for my iPhone 3G and thought the bugs in the touch controls (lag at odd moments) were due to the devices age. Unfortunately, when I upgraded to iOS 7, the game freezes completely on start up and will not even function. When I got a new iTouch, the problems I hoped would go away did not. Very sad, as this game is great fun when it works. I also would like to see some way to tweak the sensitivity of "the paddle," no matter which you decide to use (finger or the gyroscopic controls). Still waiting for an update as of Nov. 2013. Very sad. I would not recommend buying this until the bugs are fixed.
Its a fun game, but when game center tries to log in the app freezes.
U finally updated
I first played BIT.TRIP BEAT on the Wii and this version compares well. For $1, probably one of the best purchases one could possibly make.
The new update definitely fixed the lagging issue and I can play the game fine now, but the pause button can be difficult to press sometimes. Itd be even better if you were able to adjust the tilt sensitivity and/or have a larger platform.
