Since it doesnt work it gets the lowest rating For the iPhone 6. Fix the code and its a 4+ star app.

I had this game on my ds and now they got it for iphone thats cool. To show my love for the game I will use the dollar to relive the fun times. *clicks on game* The game done failed on me bit trip help me be happy I hope bit trip run works

Some of us are waiting for this game to be fixed. I cant even go in the app. Its a big disappointment. It was an excellent game WHEN IT WORKED!! It just does work anymore. So please a fix would be nice.

When it worked, the game was fantastic! But as Namco has forgotten about this beautiful game, they are no longer updating it. Sadly, do not get this game if you have an iOS8 device, it will not work.

Crash crash crash

I LOVE bit trip. So I got it on my gen 5 iPod! But.... It shows the Bandal screen then crashes... Plz fix!

So glad iOS8 support was added. Bought the game but couldnt play it up until now. Not as responsive as say, the Wii version, but I think thats the phones fault, not the the game. Still a great game, though!

So, it seems that we have finally received an update that provides iOS 8 support; its about time, too, I was starting to really miss this. Unfortunately, while it is now playable again, things have been changed in some odd ways. First off, and most apparent, there are several beats that dont seem to travel where they used to, which wasnt a problem in the iOS 7 version. This is perhaps more of an issue with the veteran players who are used to the patterns, but I find it weird that this is even a problem in the first place. It seems to primarily happen with beats that bounce off the walls, so perhaps theyve changed the size of the playable area? Nonetheless, this should not have been an issue, and can drastically change the difficulty of some sections to an unfair degree. It also seems that the paddle speed has been changed slightly. It cant seem to keep up with your movements very well, making faster sections harder than they should have to be. Even the old version had a problem with the responsiveness of the paddle, so its sad they couldnt fix the issue. Lastly, the rhythm of the beats are still pretty janky. Some beats are on point, while others lag behind and really disrupt the flow. It really drags the whole beat, and makes the game far less enjoyable. Note that this is written from a iPhone 5s standpoint, and perhaps the experience will be different on your device, but I really wish they could nail the port a little better. I highly recommend you play the Wii version as it plays perfectly, as intended, and remains as one of my favorite experiences as a gamer. Theres still fun to be had, but not nearly as much as there could have been.

I love this game. I really want to play it but I cant until its updated for the new iOS. So sad :(

So I purchased the game. It wasnt expensive but I figured I could at least play it if I bought it. Nope.

That was about two years ago. Now I want to play it only 6s and it just doesnt work.

I never write reviews...ever. But this is one of my all time favorite games and I just picked up a 6s and said what the hell for 99 cents Id like to enjoy it. Well not the case should have read the reviews first. Update this ish.

Ive played some Bit Trip games in the past and Ive loved them so I bought this game for a dollar saying what the heck its only a dollar to then find out that it needs to be updated to iOS 9. Please update it!
